Our Holiday Program helps dancers maintain their strength, alignment, and flexibility over the break - so they return to Term 1 ready to move, not start from scratch.
Each session blends Pilates-based strength, alignment training, and mobility work with education and body awareness.
The goal: help dancers prevent injury, enhance technique, and feel confident in their movement before the new dance term begins.

With only 3 children per class, every child gets individual attention, safe corrections and a program that meets them where they’re at.

No Pilates experience is needed – we meet each child at their own level.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does my child need to be a dancer or super flexible?
A: Not at all. Many of our kids are dancers or gymnasts, but Pilates benefits any child who moves – or wants to move better.
Q: Can my child join for just one week?
A: Yes. You can book Week 1, Week 2, Week 3 or all. Spaces are limited to 3 per class, so early booking is recommended.
Q: What should they bring?
A: Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, grip socks if they have them.
Q: My child has hypermobility / previous injury – is this suitable?
A: Yes! this is exactly the type of environment that supports them. We modify exercises as needed and focus on stability, control and safe range of motion.
