Refund Policy
Embodi Movement Refund Policy
At Embodi Movement, we are committed to providing a high-quality and supportive Pilates experience for all our clients. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to handle all refund and credit requests fairly and transparently.
1. Class Packs and Memberships
- 
All class packs and memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
 - 
Class packs have a set expiry date as stated at the time of purchase. Expiry dates cannot be extended except in special circumstances (e.g., injury, medical condition, or travel) at the discretion of Embodi Movement management.
 - 
Memberships can be paused or deferred in accordance with our pause policy. Refunds will not be issued for unused weeks during an active membership period.
 
2. Introductory Offers and Promotions
- 
Introductory offers and promotional packages are non-refundable and must be used within the stated timeframe.
 - 
Extensions or transfers are not permitted unless approved by management due to extenuating circumstances.
 
3. Private, Duet, and Trio Sessions
- 
Sessions cancelled with at least 12 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
 - 
Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled session will be forfeited.
 - 
No refunds will be issued for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
 
4. Events, Workshops, and Courses
- 
For special events, workshops, or courses, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for a refund or credit.
 - 
If less than 7 days’ notice is given, a refund will not be issued, but you may transfer your booking to another participant (if applicable).
 
5. Studio Credit
- 
In approved circumstances, refunds may be issued as studio credit rather than cash.
 - 
Studio credit can be used toward any future sessions, memberships, or products within 12 months of issue.
 
6. Exceptional Circumstances
- 
We understand that life happens. In cases of illness, injury, or major life events, please contact us directly at hello@embodimovement.net to discuss your options. Documentation (e.g., medical certificate) may be requested.
 
7. How to Request a Refund or Credit
All refund or credit requests must be made in writing via email to hello@embodimovement.net. Please include your full name, the reason for your request, and any supporting documentation.
