Terms & Conditions
Program Overview
The Embodi Holiday Program is a structured Pilates-based movement program for children and teens aged 10–17.
Each week includes three supervised 75-minute sessions delivered in a small-group setting (maximum of 3 children per class).

Enrolment & Payment

A completed registration form and full payment are required to secure a place.

Spaces are strictly limited; bookings are confirmed in the order they are received.

Payment is non-refundable except in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Sibling discounts apply only when enrolling in the same holiday program period.​

Attendance & Make-Up Policy
-
Due to the very small class size, missed sessions are not refundable or transferable.
-
Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and are only offered if another suitable class with availability exists.

Illness-related absences may receive a credit only if a medical certificate is provided and at Embodi’s discretion.

If Embodi needs to cancel a session, a replacement session or credit will be provided.

Health & Safety

Parents/guardians must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, behavioural needs, or relevant health information before the program begins.

Children must be well enough to participate; please keep your child home if they are unwell.

Embodi instructors may modify or restrict activities if they believe it is necessary for safety.

A parent/guardian must be contactable during the session in case of emergency.

Embodi maintains a safe environment; however, participation in physical activity carries inherent risk.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Supervision & Behaviour Expectations

Children must follow instructor directions to ensure a safe environment for all participants.

If a child’s behaviour compromises safety or significantly disrupts the session, Embodi reserves the right to remove the child from the program.

Refunds will not be provided in the case of behavioural removal.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Children must be dropped off and collected on time.

Parents may wait in the waiting area or return at the end of the session.

Embodi is not responsible for supervising children outside of session times

Photography & Media Permission

With parental consent, Embodi may take photos or short video clips during sessions for:

Progress tracking

Studio marketing (social media, website, printed materials)

If you do not wish for your child to appear in media, please indicate this on the registration form.

Personal Belongings

Embodi is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

Children should bring only essential items (water bottle, grip socks, medication where required).

Refunds & Cancellations

All bookings are final once paid.

Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances at Embodi’s discretion.

If your child withdraws from the program after it begins, no refund or credit is available.

Program Content & Adjustments

Embodi may adjust class content, scheduling, or instructors as needed while maintaining program quality.

Any significant changes will be communicated to parents promptly.

Liability Waiver
By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and agree that:

Embodi Movement and its instructors are not liable for injuries arising from participation, except where required by law.

You voluntarily accept the inherent risks of physical exercise on behalf of your child.

By submitting the registration form and completing payment, you confirm that:
